Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your Role

You’ll be a trusted partner to our clients and publishers — the go-to person when it comes to campaign success, onboarding, and optimization.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Client relationships: You build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with our clients and partners. Open, proactive communication is your trademark.
  • Onboarding & training: You support new publisher integrations, lead training sessions, and ensure a smooth start for all partners.
  • Campaign oversight: You continuously monitor and guide the performance of live campaigns, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Performance analysis: You track KPIs, analyze campaign data, and proactively develop solutions to keep goals on track — or exceed them.
What You Bring
  • Experience: You’ve completed a commercial or media-related education (e.g. in marketing communication, publishing, or IT), or hold a relevant university degree. You bring at least 2 years of experience — ideally in a media agency, sales house, or ad tech environment.
  • A passion for digital media & tech: You’re excited by the intersection of advertising, innovation, and data — and you stay curious.
  • Communication skills: You’re a clear, confident communicator who thrives on collaboration, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Analytical mindset: You know your way around Excel and can interpret campaign metrics to make smart recommendations.
  • Language skills: You’re fluent in German and comfortable in English, both written and spoken.

Ad Operations Manager – DOOH & Retail Media (m/f/d)
Your Role

As an Ad Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the successful execution and optimization of campaigns. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, data, and client service to ensure seamless campaign delivery and strong performance across Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and Retail Media inventory.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Campaign Management: Take ownership of programmatic campaigns from end to end — including setup, targeting, pacing, QA, delivery, and reporting.
  • Deal Operations: Manage a range of booking types. You’ll configure deal IDs, monitor delivery, and proactively troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Partner Collaboration: Coordinate closely with partners to ensure frictionless campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign KPIs, create clear performance reports, and implement actionable optimization strategies to improve results.
  • Product Contribution: Share hands-on insights from your daily operations to support the continuous development of our platform features and processes.
What you bring:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital advertising, with a focus on Ad Operations, Programmatic Trading, or Media Technology. Experience with DOOH or Retail Media is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data, utilize reporting tools, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (English is a plus), with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SSPs and DSPs.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Product Manager – AdTech Solutions (m/f/d)

You are more than a user — you are the power user of our platform. You deeply understand how it works, push its limits, and help shape its evolution. Acting at the intersection of product, technology, and operations, you bring both system knowledge, technical expertise and user empathy into every decision.

What you’ll be doing
  • Platform ownership & enablement: You become one of the most knowledgeable people in the company when it comes to how our platform functions. You support internal teams and partners in using it effectively — and continuously improve how it’s understood, applied, and scaled.
  • Power user mindset: You don’t just use the platform — you explore it, stress-test it, and look for gaps. You know which features are valuable, where friction lives, and how different users interact with the system across touchpoints.
  • Feature conception & development input: You contribute to the design of new features by turning real usage, technical insight, and business needs into smart, implementable product ideas. You challenge assumptions and bring forward proposals rooted in user experience and technical feasibility.
  • QA & release testing: You own the structured testing of all new features and releases — including functionality, integration logic, edge cases, and technical reliability — before anything goes live.
  • Technical support & troubleshooting: You bridge the gap between symptoms and systems — analyzing logs, debugging logic, and resolving platform issues.
  • Internal enablement & rollout: You lead onboarding and activation for new tools and features internally. Whether it’s documentation, walkthroughs, or training, you make new platform capabilities usable and valuable from day one.
What you bring:
  • You have 2+ years of experience in AdTech, preferably in roles such as Ad Operations, Technical Product Management, QA, Platform Support, or Product Enablement, and are deeply familiar with advertising technologies
  • You’ve worked hands-on with AdTech platforms and understand how technical workflows translate into business outcomes.
  • You have experience in feature testing and QA, writing test cases, validating system logic, and identifying edge cases and regressions before release.
  • You know how to read and interpret logs, debug delivery issues, explain system behavior, and identify root causes across connected platforms and integrations.
  • You communicate clearly across disciplines — translating between technical detail and business relevance, and between backend logic and user experience.
